How the platform is built
Encrypted end to end
TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest. Keys live in a dedicated key-management service and are rotated there, never in application code.
Isolated per customer
Every tenant is logically separated with scoped credentials at each layer. No shared query path reaches across accounts.
Least privilege by default
SSO and SAML, enforced MFA, role-based access down to the field, for people and for agents.
Data stays where you put it
Regional deployment keeps customer data in the geography you choose. Sub-processors are disclosed, not buried.
Minimum data to the model
Agents operate on the least context required. Direct identifiers are tokenised or redacted before any inference step.
Everything on the record
Immutable audit logs cover data access, configuration changes and every agent decision, including what the agent saw.
Your data never trains a shared model
Customer data serves your account and nothing else. It is never pooled across tenants, never used to improve models for anyone else, and never sent to a third-party model provider for training.
Consent is enforced at send time. Retention is configurable per data category. Deletion and export run against the resolved profile so nothing is missed in a forgotten copy.

Which certifications do you hold?

Yes. Regional deployment is available; customer data is processed and stored in the region you select.
