Do holdouts cost extra?
No. Holdout customers are not charged as an additional audience, and incrementality reporting is included on every plan.
Do I need to replace MoEngage or Netcore?
No. Keep your engagement platform; GoEngage AI integrates natively and runs the loyalty programme next to it.
Do you mark up messaging?
You can send through your own engagement platform, WhatsApp BSP, ESP and SMS providers, or use ours at pass-through cost.
