The premise
For two decades, marketing automation has meant building campaigns and journeys by hand: segments, rules, splits, send windows. It works until behaviour shifts, and then it quietly stops working while everyone is busy building the next campaign.
Agents do not have that failure mode. They re-decide on current context every time, inside guardrails a team sets, and a continuous holdout says whether they are actually helping. That is the product we are building.
We start with loyalty, because that is where the economics live: points, tiers, rewards and the liability behind them. Engagement platforms such as MoEngage and Netcore are not rivals — they send the messages, GoEngage AI runs the programme, and the two connect natively.
