The premise
For two decades, marketing automation has meant building campaigns and journeys by hand: segments, rules, splits, send windows. It works until behaviour shifts, and then it quietly stops working while everyone is busy building the next campaign.
An agent does not have that failure mode. It re-decides on current context every time, inside guardrails a team sets, and a continuous holdout says whether it is actually helping. That is the product we are building.
